As a wholly owned, but independently managed, subsidiary of Swedbank, our mission is to manage properties. Through professional management and development, we aim to recover value for the bank. A large part of the properties are located in the Baltic States, although we also have properties in the Nordic region, the United States, Ukraine and soon also Russia. They include everything from apartments and offices to spa centres and shopping malls, ranging from project sites to luxury apartments. Ektornet’s properties are managed through dedicated competence and expertise. Our head office is located in Stockholm and subsidiaries have been established with local staff in the countries where assets have been purchased. It is forecast that Ektornet will have assets worth SEK 8 billion by the end of 2013
